The arrangement was beautiful, the recipient loved it. The staff was so kind to call, as this was a last minute order, to advise they were unable to obtain certain flowers for this arrangement, but that they would make sure that they replaced the orange roses with roses that would still make the arrangement work ! That call was within 4 mins of my order confirmation being sent to me.

I placed the order Sunday evening and the flowers were delivered Monday afternoon as I had requested. The flowers were delivered fresh and beautifully arranged. Will definitely be using their services again in the future!
